    Welcome to the Payments DK team. As the Process Officer in Payments DK Team, you'll play a valuable role in providing the daily services to our customers in Denmark.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring sustainability of the process and deliver in respect of agreed service level
  • Actively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
  • Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures
  • Identifying and proposing improvement areas within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency, and to reduce operational risk and cost
  • Creating, developing and updating documentation & procedures
  • Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea
  • Working within Scandinavian environment
  • You'll join a high skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge with the Banking sector. You will be involved in variety of tasks and projects providing high performance for various business areas which create Nordea Future Banking industry. The role is based in Łódź.

  • English on communicative level (at least B2)
