    ITLT realizuje usługi w zakresie pozyskiwania wysokiej klasy specjalistów i kadry zarządzającej z obszaru IT, a także rozwija i wdraża nowoczesne rozwiązania IT w ramach outsourcingu procesów. IT LeasingTeam wspiera procesy biznesowe firm, umożliwiając im zwiększenie elastyczności i budowanie przewagi konkurencyjnej.

    Nasz zespół rekrutacyjny i baza konsultantów stale się powiększa w związku z czym szukamy dodatkowego New Business Development Managera, który znajdzie idealnych pracodawców dla naszych konsultantów lub klientów zainteresowanych realizacją projektów w modelu fix price. :)

    Informacje organizacyjne:

    • Lokalizacja: Warszawa (Służewiec - ul. Taśmowa 7).
    • Forma zatrudnienia: Kontrakt B2B (stabilne / stałe zatrudnienie).
    • Stawka: zł netto na FV / msc.
    • Premie za wyniki miesięczne oraz kwartalne.
    • Odpłatne przerwy w świadczeniu usług.
    • Praca zdalna: wdrożenie on-site w biurze (2-3 dni), dalszy tryb pracy omówimy z Tobą indywidualnie. :) Dostępna oczywiście praca zdalna.
    • Sektor: agencja rekrutacyjna / outsourcingowa, z wewnętrznymi zasobami oraz projektami IT.
    • Struktura/zespół: dział delivery (rekrutacje) 5 osobowy plus dział handlowy 5 osób oraz osoby w administracji (operacyjnie w backoffice 13 osób). Mówimy tu wyłącznie o naszym dziale IT (on-site), a naszą grupę stanowią dodatkowo:
    • konsultanci technicznymi w naszych szeregach. Wytwarzamy własne oprogramowanie (Developerzy, Tester, PM, Analityk oraz Administrator);
    • pozostałe działy całej grupy Leasing Team (księgowość, kadry, rekrutacja specjalistów do innych branż itp.) - całą grupę stanowi ok. 100 pracowników wewnętrznych oraz prawie 8 tys. osób u naszych Klientów.
    • Zakres obowiązków:
    • Współpraca ze spółką ITLT, nalężącą do Grupy Kapitałowej LeasingTeam Group - największej w kraju firmy HR z wyłącznie polskim kapitałem.
    • Sprzedaż usług IT - outsourcing, rekrutacje, projekty.
    • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów polskich i zagranicznych.
    • Pozycjonowanie naszej oferty / marki na rynku.
    • Współpraca z doświadczonym działem Sales, Delivery oraz Developmentu IT (np. do potrzeb estymacji czy konsultacji technicznych).
    • Raportowanie bezpośrednio do zarządu.
    • Praca na naszych narzędziach wspierających: Jira, CRM + rozszerzone konto Linkedin.

    Wymagania:

    • Co najmniej 2 - letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług outsourcingowych i/lub rekrutacyjnych w obszarze IT.
    • Min. 5 letnie ogólne doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług / produktów.
    • Doświadczenie i sukcesy w pozyskiwaniu i rozwijaniu współpracy z nowymi klientami.
    • Umiejętności interpersonalne - komunikatywność, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów.
    • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
    • Znajomość języka angielskiego co najmniej na poziomie B2+ (niezbędna do komunikacji z zagranicznymi Klientami).
    • Mile widziane doświadczenie w sprzedaży innych usług IT (ERP, CRM).
