- Manage Verisk's Global Corporate, Meeting and P-card program, which includes monthly administration to ensure all card charges properly allocated and approved on a timely manner.
- Globalize Verisk's corporate card program.
- Develop and maintain corporate card policies and guidelines and perform random audits to ensure compliance.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies related to corporate card transactions.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to their corporate cards, such credit limit changes, service issues and support with any dispute.
- Responsible for creating training materials and provide training and resources to help educate employees on corporate card policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide monthly reports on spending patterns and policy exceptions and identify violations to the corporate card policy.
- Implement and enforce financial controls to prevent fraud and misuse of corporate cards.
- Lead the relationship of our global credit card provider and program.
- Work with AP and Finance to reconcile the monthly credit card bills
- Minimum 5 years corporate card management experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Previous involvement in Corporate Credit Card system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with Oracle Expense management software a plus.
