    The role of a Strategic Marketing Partner is crucial for aligning central and local marketing strategies with local execution. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and teams across different levels and geographies.


    As the Strategic Marketing Partner, you will be the bridge between the central marketing strategy and the local marketing teams.

    Reporting to Marketing Excellence Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts across different regions.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategy Alignment:

    • Collaborate with local marketing leaders to understand marketing goals and strategies, algin with central strategy.
    • Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics and work towards aligning central strategies with local nuances.
    • Organize on KPI's and budget alignment (FTE, expenses) , to maximize marketing performance in an optimal and efficient setting, with a performant collaboration between local and central teams
    • Challenge existing local strategies and tactics in order to realign the efforts towards reaching the business goals

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary liaison between central marketing teams and local marketing teams.
    • Work closely with local marketing leaders and market leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their marketing strategies.
    • Bridge towards the central teams on brand, martech, data, solution marketing and the creative and operational teams (flying marketing and studioworx).

    Link to campaign execution:

    • Provide centralized resources, assets, and best practices to support local teams in campaign execution.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives at the local levels.
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, offering insights for optimization.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with local marketing teams, understanding their challenges and providing solutions.
    • Collaborate with other central functions, such as brand and portfolio, to ensure alignment.

    Onboarding, Training and Development:

    • Provide training and development opportunities for local marketing teams to enhance their skills and align with agreed standards.
    • Help new marketers through the onboarding steps in our marketing organization
    - setting up and maintaining a marketing network together with peers and international colleagues


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on both central and local strategies.
    • Strong understanding of matrix organizational structures and the ability to navigate crossfunctional relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
    • Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels and tools.
    • Ability to travel as needed to support local teams.
