- Manage overall financial accounting functions of the site and perform reviews to ensure compliance with HK IFRS, external audits and internal SOPs
- Coordinate due time monthly general ledger financial closure process and account reconciliations
- Ensure tax compliance is fully met and accounts payables are processed timely
- Partner closely with Plant Financial Controller to prepare accurate monthly financial statements
- Provide leadership in financial accounting related system and process improvement initiatives and projects
- Manage relations with auditors, tax authorities and advisors, banks and government institutions
- Maintain close collaboration with internal tax and transfer pricing experts
- Motivate and develop Accounting Team to support achieving business and career goals
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years' of related experience in a Senior or Chief Accountant role in manufacturing business environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Highly self-organized, motivated and resilient personality
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
