- Analyzing business needs and develop process workflows, data requirements, and specifications
- Creating technical specifications, designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans
- Managing end-to-end systems' development cycles, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, UAT, and maintenance
- Exploring and implementing new technologies to meet project requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders
- Proficiency in at least one compiled language (e.g., Java, C++)
- Experience with industry-standard frameworks and tools for full-stack development (e.g., React, SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, Web/RESTful service development)
- Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
- Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions
