- Zna systemy ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, HALAL
- Posiada wiedzę z zarządzania jakością w produkcji spożywczej
- Posiada doświadczenie i wiedzę w zarządzaniu dostawcami i copackerami
- Potrafi pracować wielozadaniowo, ustalać priorytety oraz dotrzymuje ścisłych terminów
- Posiada dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne
- Posiada umiejętność analitycznego myślenia oraz dobrej organizacji pracy własnej
- Posługuje się językiem angielskim w mowie i piśmie na poziomie komunikatywnym
- Zarządzanie listą dostawców zgodnie z wytycznymi Global Quality
- Zarządzanie bazą surowców i opakowań, specyfikacjami na poziomie lokalnym
- Zarządzanie procesem zatwierdzania dostawcy i copackerów na poziomie lokalnym
- Przeprowadzanie audytów dostawców i copakerów pod kątem wymagań organizacji
i bezpieczeństwa żywności w oparciu o zasady Grupy PVM, lokalne wymagania, wymagania prawne - Monitorowanie wyników CAP's we współpracy z dostawcami i copackerami.
- Zapewnienie szkoleń dla dostawców i copackerów w celu poprawy jakości wyrobu gotowego i usługi
- Opracowanie, aktualizowanie i dystrybucja standardów PVM do monitorowania jakości opakowań, surowców dla dostawców i copacerów
