    JOB DESCRIPTION

    At Nalco Water Paper we offer comprehensive paper machine cleaning and conditioning programs that provide customers with improved paper machine efficiency, energy savings and paper quality, as well as reduced material costs.

    Markets served by this division: Board and packaging, Tissue and towel, Pulp, Graphic papers

    What You Will Do:

  • Business partnership : business partnering with sales managers, key account managers and division leaders
  • Deals management: provide support in the area of deal analysis including pro forma P&L's, profit management, pricing strategy, incentives, capital investment, etc. Align on contract management to ensure legal coverage for commercial proposals and renewals
  • Pricing: support pricing plan preparation, strategy and execution, search for pricing opportunities and provide business partners with supportive data and analysis
  • Analytics & decision support: perform profitability analysis and drive margin improvement projects, deliver various analysis to key business partner to facilitate decision-making
  • Being active stakeholder of Planning activities and other ad-hoc activities
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to streamline processes

  • What You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in in a multinational company with exposure to financial and commercial disciplines
  • Experience in data analysis and good knowledge of financial processes with an understanding of the broader context. Experience in supporting sales organizations on deal management and pricing (preferred)
  • A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
  • Team player attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-changing environment
  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
  • English fluency and excellent communication skills (essential)
  • Excellent excel modelling skills
