IT Engineer - Henrykowska , Zduńska Wola, Polska - Norautron Electronics

We are looking for an IT Engineer. Responsibilities:

● Close cooperation with Norautron head quarter IT department

● IT support and training of employees in Norautron Poland

● Manage local end user onboarding and offboarding

● Purchase, install and update end user IT equipment based on Norautron standards

● Purchase, install and update printers and meeting room IT-facilities, based on Norautron standards

● IT security incident response, and end user IT security training

● Ensure delivery of adequate internet connection: cost, latency, bandwidth and SLA

● Close cooperation with local users and departments, to ensure adequate IT support of business processes

● Operation and support of local IT systems like MES (Aegis) and servers for production equipment

● Plan, purchase and install network and server equipment in cooperation with Norautron IT department, based on Norautron standards

● Assist Norautron IT department in network and server equipment configuration, modification and troubleshooting

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field

● Extensive knowledge of end user computer systems, and able to troubleshoot software and hardware issues

● Familiarity with OS, enterprise and office software

● Knowledge of networks, LAN, Wi-Fi and TCP/IP

● Ability to manage IT projects

● Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

● Very good command of English (min. B2)
