Opis

Responsibilities

• You start a new project and have the possibility to build your own team.
• You are the team lead & technical lead of the development team responsible for developing Java applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
• You lead your team in an Agile way of working and are a mentor to others on technical aspects.
• Part of your job is project staffing, with the help of the team manager.
• You take ownership of problem-solving & prioritization.
• You are accountable for the delivery of quality & technical documentation.
• You are a contact point for the customer & project coordination.
• You have the possibility to develop yourself not only as a leader but also as a developer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 8 years of project experience with JVM tech stack, ideally with a subset of the following technologies and frameworks:
• Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, REST, Gradle, JUnit,
• TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Karma, Magnolia,
• Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, Github, GitLab, SonarCube, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK Stack,
• You understand agile methodologies.
• You are proactive, responsible, and you know how to work as a team.
• Communication skills in German is a plus.
• Leadership project experience is a huge plus.
