- Formulating and implementing a coherent vision for global AP procedures
- Creating global policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
- Establish key performance indicators for the process and monitor progress relative to set goals, offering consistent updates to involved parties
- Guide the creation and execution of initiatives for process automation to enhance productivity and minimize manual tasks
- Collaborating with the accounts payable and procurement departments to ensure both cost-efficiency and quality
- Ensuring all procurement standards and compliance prerequisites are upheld
- Striving for operational superiority, taking personal accountability for ongoing enhancements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline
- Experience in international work environment with proven experience as a Process Owner
- Familiarity with AP finance operations and ERP systems
- Proven managerial capabilities, especially in leading diverse teams.
- Pevious experience win continuous improvement and process automation
- Proficiency in English is essential (B2/C1)
- Ability to travel (20-30%)
