Job summary
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency quality and safety.This role focuses on analyzing workflows identifying areas for improvement looking for best practice solutions across the plants and capturing all know-how in central standard documents.
Process engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives troubleshoot process issues ensure compliance with central standards as well as regulatory requirements.
- Development of process standards within designated areas ensuring alignment of product requirements with operational practices equipment capabilities.
- Collaboration with Senior Manager Process & Standardization plants process engineers to understand gaps identify root cause make action plan apply standards into current processes.
- Coordination support of plants in daily activities driving initiatives meet KPIs targets improve processes provide expert support solve process-related issues serving centre excellence area responsibility collaborating technical managers/process engineers design/improve given processes/machines defining best least costly cycle time maintain product quality required level running investigations define process parameter/cycle time influence product performance writing reports/booklets based on studies/investigation/research future base specifications working instructions standard rules etc developing central P-FMEA cascading tool plant level promoting use ensure product/process reliability
