Job summary
We are looking for a new colleague as the Service Owner WAN to be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of WAN services ensuring alignment with business objectives.This role involves defining Service Level Agreements SLAs monitoring their execution to ensure service quality and communicating with stakeholders to ensure ISP services meet business needs.
You will significantly contribute to the strategic planning and delivery of WAN services provided by Internet Service Providers ISPs.,
Responsibilities
- Defining and implementing Service Level Agreements SLAs for WAN services.
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of SLAs to maintain high service quality.
- Closely collaborating with Regional WAN team and other teams.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs related to WAN services.
