- You are the team lead & technical lead of the development team responsible for developing Java EE applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
- You lead your team in an Agile way of working and are a mentor to others on technical aspects.
- Part of your job is project staffing , with the help of the team manager.
- You take ownership of problem-solving & prioritization .
- You are accountable for the delivery of quality & technical documentation.
- You are a contact point for the customer & project coordination.

- You meet with your team once a month in the office in Katowice to plan your work and discuss progress.

- You understand agile methodologies .
- You are proactive, responsible, and you know how to work as a team.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
- Leadership project experience is a huge plus.
