Cost Estimator MEP - Warsaw, Polska - AECOM

Opis

• Works with the Company estimating systems and processes.
• Acquire basic level of understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.
• Recognizes how various processes/project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.
• Under supervision prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.
• Performs duties with limited complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.
• Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.

• Fluent – technical English - essential requirement
• Knowledge of the sanitary installation and HVAC, with a focus on professional experience in independent cost estimating of construction and finishing works, Fit - Out sector or electrical installations
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• At least good skills in Cost Estimating Software, Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
• Independence of action and good organization of work
• Supportive, ability to work in teams, strong communication skills in an international context
