    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    What you'll be doing:

    • Manage creation and adjustments of master data for users, suppliers, and materials
    • Ensure quality and compliance of integrated master data in KION e-buy
    • Support in defining necessary changes, involving other stakeholders and managing change appropriately
    • Translate functional needs and aid in implementing process changes
    • Act as a link between Digital Procurement & ERP systems teams and Procurement & Material planning operations
    • Execute data enhancement tasks and supervise external providers
    • Handle time management and planning to support multiple business unit needs and projects simultaneously
    • Collaborate with involved parties on daily and ad-hoc requests
    • Provide coaching and training on related systems to users and departments

    Requirements for success in the role:

    Must-have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Management, Procurement, or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management with a good understanding of cross-functional processes
    • Proficiency in IT systems like MDG, S4 HANA
    • Thorough knowledge of systems workflow and dependencies
    • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Proactive with a focus on quality and practical solutions
    • Team player with flexibility
    • Proficient in Business English

    Nice-to-have:

    • Familiarity with Procurement Web Services and related tools
