    Within the IT department, and under the authority of the operational maintenance manager, the ERP functional assistant:


    • Acts as a reference for business users and provides end users with assistance in software usage, during deployment or in steady-state operations, and helps resolve any difficulties they encounter. He/she reports development requests and malfunctions to project stakeholders.


    • Directly assists users. Specialized in the ERP domain, particularly Dynamics and D365 Financial, he/she helps and advises end users on using their software tools effectively and contributes to change

    The candidate must have a very good level of communication, curiosity, and agility.

    ROLE


    • Supports users in their assistance needs regarding ERP usage.


    • Advises users.


    • Shares experiences and capitalizes on them.


    • Identifies and reports functional improvements desired to the ERP domain manager.


    • Acts as first-level support during incidents, involving necessary resources (internal or external) across the ERP ecosystem.


    • Provides user training, assists them during the implementation of new modules.


    • Ensures quality and coherence of responses provided to users.


    • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of actions within his/her responsibility domain.

    ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT


    • Settings and testing on UAT and pre-production environments before deployment.


    • Access and security administration.


    • Manages data: creation, import, and update of items; dashboard entity exports.

    MONITORING


    • Controls and monitors business requests before providing feedback.


    • Monitors interface processing reports: monitoring, analysis, and resolution of incidents on various flows (orders, WMS, and invoicing).

    SKILLS


    • Proven experience in user support.


    • In-depth knowledge of modules: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Azure File Storage.

    PROFILE SOUGHT

    We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles and who has previously worked in an international context.

    The candidate must have prior experience with technologies such as Dynamics, D365 Financial, etc.

    Fluent English proficiency is required as you will regularly interact with international teams.

    The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, curiosity, and agility.

    The office is located in Paris, France.

    Hire process: get to know meeting in Polish followed by a second one, technical oriented within 2 weeks period. Brief English conversation is possible in order to estimate the skills.
