- Ensure the smooth operation of applications by promptly resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined Service Level Agreements
- Provide dedicated support, training, and service to end users, and other business representatives
- Foster a holistic understanding of the applications, acting as a Subject Mater expert
- Create and maintain documentation
- Establish and maintain regular relationships with users across different departments to facilitate smooth adoption of applications
- You excel at stakeholder management and can communicate with colleagues across all hierarchical levels, and vendors
- Experience in delivering second-level support for IT applications via ticketing systems
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team
- Verbal and written language skills in English are essential for the role
- You are resilient and not afraid to have a little fun while you do so
- Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework is desired
