    Senior Data Engineer Location Qualifications:
    Wroclaw (Remote working available with option to come into the office)

    Position Overview :

    As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be joining our Data Platform team within the data world, alongside with Data Science, Analytical Enablement and Reporting teams.


    In this team, you'll have the opportunity to improve our data platform, allowing our internal customers to easily consume qualitative data, therefore creating a data-driven environment.

    Key Performance Outcomes Working with other team members to ensure there is no significant outage or major post implementation defect on our data platform Constantly follow and mentor other data engineers within the team to follow the best practice throughout the development, test and release cycle Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the data platform Consistently streamline and optimize our end to end ETL processes to minimize the data latency and resource consumption Manage our processes and always seek opportunities to reduce our infrastructure and run costs

    Non-technical skills: Strong experience as a data engineer, with a proven track record of designing and building scalable data solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas to gather feedback Technical skills: Strong Cloud knowledge including infrastructure as code, ideally in AWS Experience with using DBT for data modeling and transformations Strong proficiency in Python, Type Script and SQL Experience of CI/CD and software engineering best practice
