    Role and Responsibilities

    Technical Program Manager

    Technical Program Manager coordinates strategic development programs, aligning team efforts with the company's long-term product goals while ensuring the execution and governance of project deliverables

    The role we are offering you:

    • Be responsible for organizing strategic programs and activities for Development organization
    • Develop programs to support the organization's strategic direction with a focus on Product roadmap delivery, as well as creating and managing long-term goals
    • Coordinate alignment between Development and Product leaders to drive successful delivery of product roadmap
    • Coordinate and align efforts and schedules across matrix-managed teams and organizations
    • Support program planning and monitoring of objectives, scope, resources, budget, schedule, and dependencies, as well as clear, concise reporting of progress against objectives.
    • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved and risks mitigated
    • Lead the development of program-level governance and process documentation to ensure quality and transparency, including release management
    • Drive execution of plans and enforce accountability by key stakeholders
    • Proactively remove barriers that prevent efficient execution of deliverables and formulate mitigation plans to address program risks
    • Produce metrics-driven reporting to represent program status, risks, dependencies and actions
    • Deliver executive level presentations
    • Facilitate program-level risk, issue and change management resolution

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Experience in a program management role or IT project management preferred
    • Understanding of project management practices and project management knowledge areas
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Experience in working in both Agile and waterfall environments
    • Minimum 3+ years related experience
    • Proven stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    • Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • PMP and/or Agile Project Management certificates preferred
    • Experience in using SDLC tools supporting Agile environment (Rally, JIRA etc.)
    • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
