Lease Administration Team Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
Day to day management of Lease Administration TeamParticipating in employees' development by training, coaching, delegating and constructive feedback as well as identifying areas for employees' developmentEffective queue management to ensure the cases are proceeded within the contractual time framesEnsure all monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs are achievedCoordination of projects, workflow within the teamSupport in building strong professional relationships with the ClientEffective cooperation with other PS Team Leaders and Estate Management TeamIdentification of potential improvements in LA processes that will increase work efficiency and improve internal controlsAny other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post
Requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, another language is an advantageMinimum 1 year of experience in Lease AdministrationClient oriented attitudeExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focusStrong commitment to quality, orientation to detailsAbility to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environmentTeam player and fast learner

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of two years related work experience, preferably including property management or accounting.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Ability to work well under pressure. Advanced organizational skills.
