    Would you like to work closely with global Continuous Improvement Management projects and join our friendly team? If yes, apply for this position and became a part of the planning department

    Service > Global Service Operations, Quality & HSE > CIM Coordination
    The Department of SDC Service Operation Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service delivery center providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination.
    Continuous Improvement Management Coordination consists of the implementation of CIM Cases (upgrades) for Turbines.

    Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) projects globally
  • Maintaining turbine-related data in SAP/Salesforce (Service and Construction area)
  • Cooperating with various internal groups according to project requirements
  • Creating reports, both internal and external
  • Coming up with improvement ideas

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally from technical or administrative studies
  • Good computer skills
  • experienced in handling different tools or systems to monitor work and documentation
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a relevant position would be an asset

  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as a positive mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs
  • Technical abilities, process-oriented and conceptual thinking mindset
