    We are currently seeking an IT/Technical Administration Specialist (Engineer) to join our Client's team. You will be involved in a group of projects related to the transportation and logistics sector's development in the USA market and beyond. We look forward to having you in our company, where you can expand your experience and contribute to exciting challenges.

    Working with us will give you:

    • Office work in our modern Wroclaw office without overtime;
    • B2B contract with an American IT company;
    • Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
    • A well-equipped and comfortable office in Wroclaw;

    • High level of business cooperation, positive atmosphere.

    Your responsibilities will:

    • Managing and supporting various technologies/systems within the enterprise;
    • Choosing appropriate system, software, technology and translating business needs into the technical implementation (telephony, communication systems, etc);
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure consistency during integration;
    • Proactively implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions, systems and business applications;
    • Facilitate integration of systems if needed;
    • Implement strategies to optimize licenses and software usage and reduce costs;
    • Cooperate with other departments to identify best technical solutions for current and future locations;
    • Communicate clearly and effectively the proposed solutions for the business requests.

    We expect from you:

    • Advanced problem-solving skills;
    • Proactive and solutions oriented attitude;
    • Strong presentation and communication skills during cooperation with stakeholders;
    • Experience with process (solutions) visualization, modelling and design;
    • Required English at communicative level: B2, B2+;
    • Have an degree in a computer science field, telecommunication, electronics;
    • Experience and knowledge in: CRM systems, IP telephony, ERP solutions;
    • Knowledge of Cloud server technology, Cyber Security, G Suite administration and management, AWS cloud data services;
    • Experience in systems integration between each other.

    Nice to have: Data analytics knowledge, Business analytics skills, knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
