- Execution of sales plans
- Establishing and maintaining good relations with foreign contractors
- Ongoing and after-sales service of orders from export customers
- Supervision of the execution of production orders (close cooperation with the Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality departments)
- Preparation of price offers in foreign languages
- Providing commercial and technical advice on DONIMET products
- Maintaining documentation related to intra-community supply of goods and export outside the EU
- Monitoring payments from foreign contractors
- Updating export price lists
- Recognizing and creating customer needs
- Taking care of the good image of ASSA ABLOY
- Sharing knowledge, transferring good practices and experience within the team
- Substituting for team members in their absence after prior agreement on the scope of work to be performed
- Carrying out other instructions from the supervisor
- Adherence to and implementation of policies and procedures, in force in the company, with particular emphasis on the Code of Conduct and Red Book, Health and Safety, Quality, ISO
- Education: higher technical or commercial education
- Experience: experience in foreign / international sales
- General work experience: min. 2 years in a similar position
- Practical skills:
- English (min. B1 level)
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of international trade rules, export procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings (welcome)
- French (welcome)
