Position Description

Position Description:

We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition and Attraction Team for a fixed term 1 year contract. The Global TAA team is responsible for discovering and managing talent within and outside QIAGEN.

As a TA Coordinator you will:

Be responsible for the administration of the recruiting process for the NA/EMEA regions by corresponding with international candidates and coordinating the interview process via phone/video or face to face.

Support candidates screening (CV & phone) and candidates sourcing, as well as, supporting with travel arrangements when necessary.

Post job advertisement in different international job boards, create and close requisitions in our global E-Recruiting System.

Collaborate closely with local HR Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, as well as, establish a close partner relationship with Recruiting Agencies and Providers.

Position Requirements

You will thrive in this position if you:

Have a University degree or a combination of related education and experience.

Have good communication skills and fluency in English (must). It will be an advantage if you have previous experience with American culture/working environment.

Have experience in SSC / BPO environment and are comfortable with different applications (MS Office, Zoom, ATS System, etc).

Are a go getter, great team player with strong work ethics, learning ability and commitment in delivering team results.

Are willing to work from 10:00 to 18:00 (flexible working hours).
