Zarządzanie i nadzór nad funkcjonowaniem podległego zespołu Marketing Automation
Przygotowywanie i wdrażanie strategii wykorzystania marketing automation we współpracy z zespołem Loyalty. Odpowiedzialność za zarządzanie narzędziami klasy Customer Data & Experience Platform (CDXP), lub/i CRM (Customer Relationship Management) lub/i DMP (Data Management Platform. < br > Współpraca z wewnętrznymi zespólami np .(Loyalty ,Data, Analytics etc.)w celu opracowywaniai realizacji kampanii marketing automation.< br > Definiowanie nowych działańi stałe doskonalenie procesów marketing automation .< br > Zapewnienie prawidłowej integracji narzędzi marketing automation ze pozostałymi systemami Grupy .< br > Definiowaniei ocena celów (ROI ,KPI) automatyzacji marketingu oraz raportowanie skuteczności kampanii .< br >< b>r aportywa nia delegacja oraz rozliczenia zadaniatach dlazespó lu .
