We're looking for a hands-on Partner Enablement Manager who can turn our product into clear, useful content that partners actually want to use. You'll sit at the intersection of partner education, video production, and ads, owning fast ideation, testing, and execution across channels, formats, and markets. You know how to take a feature or launch and translate it into educational materials, partner-ready assets, and video content that builds confidence, trust, and adoption.

Responsibilities

Create partner & customer enablement content (guides, playbooks, comparison sheets, partner certification program, product onboarding academy)
Revamp Tidio Academy + build a dedicated Partner Course
Contribute to and help structure onboarding, academy, and certification programs
Ideate, script, and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guides
Adapt ad concepts across channels (Meta, TikTok) and markets/languages (EN, ES, others)
Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage output quality
Support webinars and educational video initiatives end-to-end

Requirements

2–3 years in B2B/SaaS and a proven track record of creating sales enablement and educational content.
Ability to switch context quickly and efficiently: one day it's a partner course revamp, next day it's working on the webinar with a partner.
Experience creating UGC ads or paid social video creatives and working with actors/creators in this format.
Understanding of Meta & TikTok ad formats and creative best practices.
Comfortable tracking performance metrics (views, spend, iterations, learnings).
Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure campaign results and content performance.
