Job summary
Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation development due diligence and approval of electronic Know Your Client KYC record Create maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal external sources firm website regulatory websites etc Partner with Relationship Management Compliance teams to update system information from initiation approval of KYC record report workflow progress to supervisor Validate information within KYC records Customer Identification Program CIP documents ensure completion accuracy Ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements Global Business Support Unit BSU Standards Bachelor s degree University degree equivalent experience Fluent English CEE WE languages asset Ability work well under pressure tight time frames Ability work team player Analytical good organizational skills asset Experience control risk Compliance AMLKYC Customer Service function asset Willingness learn manage constantly changing environment Business Acumen Credible Challenge Laws Regulations Management Reporting Policy Procedure Program Management Referral Escalation Risk Controls Monitors Risk Identification Assessment Risk Remediation For complementary skills please see above contact recruiter
