- Understand product requirements, and brainstorm with the product team.
- Develop, unit test, and deliver the features within committed timelines.
- Be a great test driven engineer and set high standards for quality with every new development.
- Work closely with leads and architects to ensure each new development is in line with CSOD vision and harmonizes with overall architecture.
- Have minimum 2 years hands-on experience on RoR
- Have a basic knowledge of core AWS services like S3, EC2, EKS, CloudFront'
- Hands-on experience with relational database: MySQL, Postgresql'
- Foundation in backend technologies like Java is a plus
- Experience with no-sql databases like MongoDB, Redis, Influx is a plus
- Solid grip on data structures and database designs
- Motivated by results team-player
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
