- Supporting the quality documentation coordinator in delivering according to the Project-Master Documentation List and Quality Assurance index
- Performing checks on individual documents
- Gathering main component structures in SAP and creating equipment structures for Offshore Turbines.
- Extracting data from documentation and SAP using excel
- Executing document transmittal in our document management system
- Archiving contractually agreed scope of project documentation
- Supporting on ad hoc improvement tasks
- Working knowledge using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience in building pivot tables and reports. It is also a plus if you have been working with macro programming
- Familiar with and/or have a keen interest in IT systems used for Documentation Management such as Aconex it will be considered a plus
- Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment and who possesses excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
