    Opis

    This is the job:

  • Ensure the supply of materials / components to meet production requirements and optimal stock level
  • Monitoring and evaluation of suppliers' OTD
  • Recognition of critical points and preparation of contingency plan
  • Building and developing good relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure stock optimization against overstock and material shortages
  • Checking and updating supplier's lead time and MOQ
  • Accelerating / postponing / cancelling existing orders
  • Setting up the appropriate safety stock / time parameters
  • Updating ERP parameters (Safety Stock, MOQ, EOQ)
  • Close co-operation with Warehouse Administration/Sourcing/Accountancy and suppliers ensure invoices accuracy by investigating discrepancies related to assigned products

    • What we are looking for:

  • Experience in logistics area – 2 years
  • Experience in Material Planning
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Appropriate command of English and Polish (B2)
