Implementation and Support, Business requirement gathering, Business Blue-print documentation, Gap-Fit analysis, As-is and To-be analysis.Pre-Sales activities related to POC in system for various requirements, Planning and Project Efforts Estimation.
Participate in meetings/discussions to improve or Enhance functionalities, Solution overview of the new Changes, QA Testing approach, planned activities support.
Resolution of critical Operational issues and error incidents logged by end-users through Remedy and other tools.
Preparation of Business Requirement Document, Functional Specifications, Proof of Concept document, Approach Document for Solution, UAT, Test Scripts, End User Training docs, Knowledge Transfer document.

Participate in the scheduled activities of Disaster Recovery, System Upgrade and Update, System refresh, Critical Vulnerabilities analysis and resolution.
Design and developments of application enhancements and interfaces in SAP.
requirements-expected : Minimum of 5 years' SAP experience working in a challenging project and / or support environment.
Experience in MM (Materials Management).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
Fully conversant with MS Office toolset.
Security Clearance / CRB Clearance will be required.
Knowledge of:
Kofax (Readsoft) is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of:
BTP (Business technology platform) is desirable but not essential.
