    Opis

    We are looking for a motivated, self starter with SAFe experience to join our Electronics Engineering Team. The Requirements Engineer will play a crucuial role in the development and completion of our projects and will support all of the scrum teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and priorities for the project
    • Work with the Solution Architects to translate the requirements into the solution design
    • Work with the Technical Product Owner to develop the backlog to support the requirements
    • Maintain requirements traceability
    • Determine and track metrics
    • Developing user stories for the agile team's backlog leveraging SAFe principles
    • Challenging stories and the teams backlog created by the PO for their technical feasibility
    • Provides explanation and guidance for the technical requirements for the developers and acts as contact person for questions
    • Applies architectural design principles provided by the Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect
    • Foster relentless improvement
    • Coach to the team and training on SAFe ways of working/best practices

    Work Experience:

    • Relevant experience in a business or executive management role
    • Proven technology portfolio and project managemetn
    • Previous experience in managing multiple scrum teams
    • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
    • Ability to influence and lead people through change
    • IT consulting experience with a focus on software and firmware development
    • Proven success in requirements engineering role
    • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
