    What this job involves

  • Standard and ad – hoc real estate reports and analysis preparation. Outputs visualizations for both JLL teams and external Clients.
  • Process large amounts of data, analyze and draw conclusions. Take ownership of the output quality.
  • Diligent data and process analysis. Reports, tools, and process improvement submission.
  • Coordinate (project) teams' daily responsibilities. Account governance facilitation, including cadence of meetings, process documentation, client calls attendance.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the Corporate Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders. Communication with respective regions and service lines, client teams.
  • Desired skills and experience for this job

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.
  • 1+ years of relevant business environment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point).
  • Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance). Spanish will be an advantage.
  • Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets).
  • Curious, open – minded and willing to develop and challenge status quo.
