Opis

Responsibilities :

Define and implement tailored business process management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency in process management.

Connect established standards and requirements with day-to-day operations and behaviours within the organization (business practices).

Collaborate with decentralized process management and process excellence teams to gather input and promote adoption of process management standards and practices throughout the organization.

Actively promote continuous improvement and process excellence culture in the organization, sharing knowledge about BPM methodologies through dedicated education programs and campaigns.

Develop and implement training programs for business stakeholders on process management standards and methodologies, empowering them to contribute to process optimization efforts.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve process management effectiveness in selected areas.

Utilize various IT technologies to standardize, optimize, and digitize business process management activities across the organization (e.g., Quali Ware, Rapid Value, Share Point, Power Platform, RPA, etc.).

requirements-expected : Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or related roles.

Proficiency in process modeling and process mapping (incl.

end-to-end processes).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Experience with driving cultural and behavioral changes through projects will be an advantage.

Knowledge and experience in Lean and Six Sigma will be an advantage.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and independent work ethic.
