Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at CHC Helicopter, focusing on global cost control. This role involves providing finance analytical support, collecting and analyzing financial information to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.

The position reports to the FP&A Director in Dallas and will collaborate with global function leaders to understand financial needs. The candidate will also support local cost control initiatives in H1 Poland Shops.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance analytical support for global cost control initiatives
• Collect and analyze financial information for efficiency improvement
• Serve as the finance partner for global function leaders
• Collaborate with centralized expense leaders for budgeting guidance
• Offer support to global departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Support local cost control initiatives in H1 Poland Shops

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with financial tools such as Planful/Spotlight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with complex financial data
• Proactive in identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles
• Must be legally eligible to work in Poland
