    Do you want to join our team of enthusiasts and build a strong brand together with us? We are looking for a committed and empathetic Customer Advisor about Gold and Jewelry for our exceptional online store.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the Hungarian market trends and consumer behavior in the online space.

    You will be responsible for:

  • Contact with our company's regular customers in Hungarian market by various platforms (telephone, e-mail etc.),
  • Active sales based on sales targets,
  • Building and maintaining positive and long-lasting relationships with customers,
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to improve effectiveness.

    • Our requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct or telephone sales (mandatory requirement),
  • Culturally refined with a high level of personal etiquette,
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining contacts effortlessly,
  • Demonstrated strong goal orientation,
  • Efficient computer skills,
  • Ability to multitask effectively,
  • Proficiency in both Hungarian and English languages, communicative knowledge of Polish will be a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an additional asset.
