+Job summary: Senior HR Generalist Shared Services will support HR Shared Services delivery for Polish employee population including lifecycle operations data governance HR inquiry triage engagement on employment-related matters+Responsibilities: Ensure accurate HR data in Workday validate transactions processed through global shared services payroll vendors external partners Serve as senior contact employees managers addressing policy process system inquiries with clarity responsiveness Triage requests concerns to appropriate resolution path shared service transaction execution HRP Legal Provide guidance leaders routine processes performance management statutory requirements consistency company policies local regulations Monitor workplace concerns Poland partner HRP Legal appropriate escalation handling sensitive medium-risk matters Independently support low-risk employee relations matters documentation transparency Ensure employment documentation case tracking outcome records comply local law Internal standards Surface emerging issues risk patterns proactively HRLeadership+Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Human Resources Business Administration Law 6 years progressive experience in regional roles preferably Poland EMEA environments Strong working knowledge Polish labor law statutory leave contracts HR documentation payroll interactions compliance standards Experience an HR Shared Services model exposure global Workday data governance operational controls Fluent Polish English language skills written verbal Ability communicate accurately professionally stakeholders Technical analytical mindset detail-focused spot inconsistencies translate insights action Hands-on experience Workday reporting validation audit support Detail-focused strong analytical mindset comfortable using tools case management systems workflows Benefits: Health Wellness Flexible Downtime Continuous Learning Invest Future Family Friendly Perks Beyond Basics
