- establishing cooperation with new potential clients (especially in modern trade channel), developing existing relations, acquiring new orders in the assigned region - Central Europe and Eastern markets
- achieving sales targets and developing the portfolio private label products across various customers
- actively participating in the process of creating new products, in close cooperation with the R&D department within the organization
- taking a leading role in commercial side of now products development
- responsibility for preparing offers, calculations, creating presentations for clients, negotiating terms of cooperation, and contracts
- responsibility for the smooth implementation of the entire contract and order finalization
- monitoring the current market situation and trends
- minimum several years of professional experience in sales in a similar position
- independence in leading sales projects (products development)
- experience in new clients acquisition will also be an asset
- very good English command (used in everyday work)
- University degree
- analytical thinking
- highly developed communication and collaboration skills both within the organization and with clients
- driving license category B

It offers a wide variety of goods in non-food categories. Several hundred new SKUs are launched every year. Due to technological advantages and huge investment projects (including manufacturing automation) the company is rapidly developing and extending its capacity.
