- Providing pricing and discounting guidelines
- Preparation of calculations
- Preparation of membership contracts and addenda
- Handling day-to-day clients' queries and content related questions
- Providing sales support to consultants
- Providing one-to-one demos/presentations on Mercer's mobility platforms and delivering trainings on methodology for clients and consultants
- Managing a selected portfolio of mobility clients
- Ensuring that all sales support systems and documentation are kept complete and accurate
- Liaising with internal teams, e.g. Finance, Order Entry, Order Fulfilment to resolve client invoicing and order fulfillment queries
- 2-3 years of working experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration
- Strong focus on details and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills / Responsiveness
- Ability to identify critical issues and proactively offer solutions
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in direct client contact/client service
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
