    Executive Assistant

    Wroclaw, Poland

    This role will provide an exceptional level of personal support to senior leaders within the AXA XL ESS (Enterprise Shared Service) Poland, primarily to the Center Head, taking responsibility and ownership for a wide variety of administrative and supportive tasks, working with a high level of autonomy and initiative to ensure the maximum efficiency of the business area and executive role it supports.

    The ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems is crucial to this role. You will constantly be one step ahead, with excellent organization skills and considerable attention to detail. A high level of professional and personal confidentiality and discretion will be essential.

    What will your essential responsibilities include?

    ·Managing Center Head agenda incl handling travel arrangements and expense management.

    ·Supporting other senior local leaders in managing key travel arrangements.

    ·Organizing and keeping notes for key meetings incl weekly Senior mgmt. meetings, Monthly all managers, Compliance Board, All Hands Town Halls.

    ·Managing PO/invoice flows for center level activities.

    ·Managing effective and efficient center wide communication including presentation decks.

    ·Organizing key stakeholder visits, agenda, logistics, ensuring positive experience.

    ·Supporting center wide events both internal and external.

    ·Administration of recognition activities at the center level.

    ·Supporting organization of selected L&D activities, as required.

    ·Demonstrating continuous improvement mindset and initiatives.

    ·Engaging in ad hoc activities and relevant projects.

    ·Helping to delegate tasks to interns supporting the center.

    You will report to Head of Poland Shared Services Center.
