- Collaborating with ALD Automotive, our vendor, to monitor and handle administrative services related to the fleet. This includes tasks like car re-allocation, traffic penalty notices, end-of-lease costs, mileage pool charges, and accident management.
- Tracking accidents, insurance claims, traffic penalty notices, and misfuelling incidents.
- Conducting driving license checks for new starters or relevant employees and ensuring completion of any obligatory driver training.
- Being the central point of contact for payroll teams when needed and managing cross-site billing.
- Educating and training management and car drivers on our car procedure and policy.
- Collaborating closely with Procurement to provide information and specialized knowledge on all fleet matters, policies, and procedures.
- Meeting with suppliers to identify potential cost savings.
- Collaborating with GBS HR Services to provide access to Fleet support services and knowledge material via the GBS portal.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Fleet-related role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a team player who can work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Self-motivation, as you'll be expected to follow processes while also suggesting and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP/Workday (nice to have)
