Technologies-expected : Waterfall Agile Dev Ops Dev Sec Ops responsibilities : Working with senior leaders & executives within Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Operation & their teams to develop, maintain and execute agreed solution/product strategies & roadmaps.
Effectively managing relevant solution/product life cycle.
Providing leadership and oversight for delivery, solution/product management, project management, release management, transition to operations, solution/product change management in collaboration with other solution owners.
Ensuring proper portfolio management, governance and making sure key project/product deliverables requirements are met.
Providing effective leadership to define and implement solution/application architecture in the R2 R and Master Data Management domain – caretaker of the solution architecture Working with Infrastructure Architects to ensure that infrastructure is optimized for performance and cost Effectively managing solution/product financials, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), working with IT Controlling to budget, forecast, and deliver the desired P&L results.
Managing and developing people and growing future leaders requirements-expected : 10+ years of experience in IT product & service delivery Strong product management, project management, and technology delivery experience Experience with industry-standard ERP solutions such as SAP, Workflow solutions such as Open Text/VIM, Financial Performance Management Solution like Hyperion & Essbase, and EDI solutions Strong experience in developing and managing Talent Experience of managing organizational change and technology transformation within IT functions 5+ years of strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap in the areas of R2 R, and Master Data Management solutions Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops etc.
