- Drive and expand SeaRenergy's project business within the rapidly growing Polish offshore wind market, identifying new client opportunities, partnerships, and sustainable revenue streams
- Work closely with the Managing Director of the Polish entity to shape and execute the local growth strategy and further strengthen our market position
- Take responsibility for managing and coordinating tender processes for projects in the Polish market, ensuring structured, timely, and high-quality bid submissions
- Collaborate closely with our German headquarters — particularly the Tender Management and Sales teams — acting as a key interface for projects in Poland and supporting cross-departmental bid activities
- Prepare and coordinate compelling proposals, commercial offers, and client presentations tailored to specific project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, authorities, and industry partners, positioning SeaRenergy as a trusted and solution-oriented service provider
- Monitor market developments, project pipelines, and competitor activities to translate insights into concrete business opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Play an active role in strengthening collaboration between the Polish entity and the SeaRenergy Group, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales and tender processes
- Completed university degree in a relevant field, e.g., business administration, engineering, renewable energy management, economics, or related discipline
- Solid experience in sales, business development, and/or tender management — ideally in offshore wind energy, renewables, marine industries, or technical service sectors
- Experience in coordinating complex bid processes and working in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Polish and English (German is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in CRM, MS Office, digital communication platforms
- Familiarity with the Polish (and ideally broader Baltic Sea) offshore wind market, including key players, regulatory environment, and project landscape
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
