- Masz za sobą pierwsze doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta
- Posługujesz się biegle językiem polskim - wymagane
- Znasz język angielski na poziomie ułatwiającym swobodną komunikację (min. poziom B2)
- Bardzo dobrze posługujesz się pakietem Microsoft Office
- Lubisz i umiesz sprawnie znajdować rozwiązania problemów
- Multitasking nie jest Ci obcy i dobrze radzisz sobie w pracy pod presją czasu
- Znajomość innych języków obcych
- Zainteresowanie branżą SaaS / CPaaS / e-commerce
- Rozwój w międzynarodowej grupie i w branży IT
- Szkolenie z obsługi klientów biznesowych
