+ Your responsibilities include managing and developing existing distributors and partners across EMEA markets; identifying acquiring
and onboard new distributors (VAD/VAR) in EMEA region working closely with Country Managers serving as main point
of contact between local markets HQ building long term business relationships with partners actively supporting their sales
development creating executing sales marketing strategies focused driving growth monitoring effectiveness partner activities analyzing performance KPIs continuously optimizing results organizing actively participating industry conferences events partner meetings+ Our Requirements minimum years experience within one organization role related project based sales channel experience product company SaaS B2B tech VAD environment very good command English minimum level basic knowledge IT infrastructure concepts operating systems databases virtualization SaaS models knowledge VAD VAR ecosystem across EMEA markets experience managing sales team highly developed communication networking skills strategic thinking independence strong sense ownership ability build relationships strong storytelling skills assertive partner oriented collaboration flexibility adaptability dynamic international environment willingness travel across region mainly DACH UK CEE
