At Comarch, we build digital ecosystems for 30 countries worldwide.Our People & Talent Acquisition department is currently undergoing a deep transformation, moving away from traditional patterns toward a modern, agile, and Data-Driven approach.
As the Global Talent Sourcing Team Leader, you will be at the heart of these changes. This is not merely a "process" role; it is a strategic one.Your mission will be to design and implement a Multi-talent Sourcing Strategy that combines precise market mapping with aggressive engagement of passive candidates.
Reporting directly to the Global TA Director, you will co-create Comarch's new recruitment identity.Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
Pipeline Channel Design & Execution (Operational Strategy):
Modeling Flows:
You will design and implement multi-channel talent supply models (Pipelines) for IT, non-IT, niche, and executive roles
Hiring Forecast Alignment:
You will "translate" business forecasts into real-world sourcing actions, building talent pools in advance to shift from a reactive to a proactive approach
Multi-talent Approach: You will implement a sourcing strategy tailored to various talent groups across the entire organization, optimizing both costs and time-to-hire
Engagement Engine & Candidate Experience (Hands-on Outreach):
Active Sourcing:
You will personally lead key sourcing projects, testing new messaging frameworks and building authentic interest in the Comarch brand among passive talent
Personalization & Nurturing:
You will transform the sourcing process into a unique experience (Candidate Experience 2.0) by focusing on personalized communication and long-term candidate relationships
Tech Stack Optimization:
You will select and optimize tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, AI) to provide the team with a competitive technological edge
Data & Intelligence
Data Conversion:
You will transform market chaos into concrete, actionable data
Market Intelligence:
You will provide market insights (competitor mapping, salary trends, talent availability) that directly influence the Board's business decisions
Leading Through Change (Team & Tech Leadership)
Leading Through Change:
You will act as a leader of transformation within the People function, inspiring the team to adapt to new standards and agile ways of working
Upskilling & Mentoring:
You will ensure the development of the team's competencies in AI Sourcing and Data Analytics, serving as their subject matter expert and support
Partnership
Strategic Partner:
You will serve as a strategic partner for Recruitment Managers and Business Unit Directors, supporting them in passive talent acquisition strategies
What We Expect
Strategic Vision:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Tech/IT preferred), with a proven track record of building pipeline strategies
Management Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader or Manager, specifically in leading teams through change processes
Forecasting Skills:
Ability to work with business data and forecasts to plan sourcing activities in advance
Innovation:
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, and AI tools, while understanding that these are means to an end human engagement
Courage & Agency:
A person comfortable with ambiguity who can independently initiate new projects
