- Incoming customers payment allocation
- Preparing customer refunds proposal
- Bonus credit memos issuance
- Performing ad-hoc postings, reporting on internal/external request
- Close collaboration within other AR subteams
- Maintenance of internal controls (own processes)
- Comply with internal policies, SLA and external legislation
- Identifying potential process improvements
- Support and preparation of audit files and facilitate auditions (internal and external)
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- University graduate, preferable Economics, Accounting or Banking
- Experience in accounting processes.
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.
- Experience with SAP and user of MS Excel
- Possess analytical and communication skills
