    Consumer Care Digital Product Manager

    Position Purpose:

    The BTS Consumer Care Product Expert Manager (Consumer Care Digital Product Manager) is a strategic position based in HQ, responsible for supporting the global Consumer Care Digital Platform's evolution and rollouts of technology capabilities. The role seats in JTI's Consumer Care Business Technology Services team, that serves the global business Consumer Care function by owning and delivering the Consumer Care Platform used by JTI Markets to provide support for Reduced Risk Products brands.

    The BTS Product Expert Manager are the IT project manager, deployment plan owner, governance, and rollout efforts coordinator for various technology capabilities. The role liaises with several JTI teams such as D&IT, Marketing & Sales, and Markets and are responsible for delivering digital product developments in line with D&IT guidelines and the business' strategic roadmap. They are the single point of contact and are responsible for coordinating the efforts of all IT teams involved, such as development teams, enterprise architecture, data, IT security, etc.

    What will you do – responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering IT projects, and owning implementation plans for new digital consumer care capabilitiesBeing responsible for delivery of new technology capabilities
  • Coordinating governance and rollout efforts for technical consumer care systems
  • Liaising with various JTI teams during solutions' development
  • Coordinating the efforts of all IT teams involved during the rollout process
  • Who are we looking for – requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and proven experience in the delivery of digital technology projects working with business and IT developers
  • Experience as a business analyst/product owner/product manager for marketing, sales or back-office systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, and ability to successfully lead technical discussions with both business and IT teams
  • Understanding of (i) consumer care, or (ii) customer care, or (iii) consumer experience digital cloud systems, possibly including knowledge of ServiceNow or other CRM/CX cloud solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, scope, budget
  • Agile and/or project management certification is a plus
  • Experience in UX/UI is a plus
  • Seniority: 8+ years of work experience related to the role
  • Ability to travel globally to visit Markets and other JTI teams when needed
