    Technologies-expected : Selenium Cucumber Gherkin Java Spring Boot about-project : We are looking for a creative and motivated Automation Engineer with excellent analytical, programming, problem-solving and communication skills.

    In this role the successful candidate will build automation test engineering solutions that operate on system and application components deployed in on-premise and multiple cloud platforms (e.g.

    GCP, AWS).

    Their principal task will be to automate the process of creating/adding new tests to the solution, amending tests, executing them, visualising test results and presenting analyses in an easily consumable form by multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.


    Technology Stack Requirements We require the candidate for this role to be able to demonstrate strong skills in the following areas: Selenium based User Interface Testing API Testing using frameworks like Restassured Cucumber/Gherkin experience to drive BDD based software development Java Spring Boot microservices development and testing responsibilities : This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong software testing fundamentals and prior programming or automation experience to handle responsibilities spanning all phases of development, from inception through to live release.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for writing new automated tests as well as creating and maintaining the infrastructure needed for that testing automation.

    In early development phases responsibilities will include developing an automated test plan in cooperation with business and technical stakeholders.

    As development progresses the testing automation infrastructure will need to evolve with the solution they are deployed with.


    Once the solution is mature the automation process should deliver reports and dashboards that allow stakeholders to manage quality issues with the solution effectively.


    requirements-expected : The ability to create, modify, execute and analyse software tests at every level: Unit, Integration, System, UAT and SIT Proven ability to work as SDET in an Agile/Scrum team as a key contributor The ability to create clear test documentation (test plans, test cases) as required from user stories and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders Strong experience of writing test code in Java and other related technology and framework Ability to write production quality test code at multiple levels of test pyramid Coding and scripting experience to support test framework, automation and tool development Familiarity with Redhat Linux Deep familiarity with multiple testing frameworks (e.g.


    Cucumber, Selenium, Tosca, JMeter, Load Runner) and a proven ability to switch between them with a minimum of ramp-up time Strong experience with multiple forms of testing activity (Feature, Regression, System, Integration, Performance and Security) and an ability to automate tests for all of them Familiarity with visualisation tools typically used by testers (e.g.

    App Dynamics, Kibana) combined with a capability to configure them to display test results in real time Familiarity with at least one major cloud service (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable)

    Ability to collaborate with peers and to work cross-functionally with testing personnel in other software teams in multiple locations, as well as with developers, architects and product managers Strong knowledge of agile delivery processes combined with an ability to work cross-functionally with teams using waterfall delivery processes Ability to identify high customer impact issues and drive them to resolution, collaborating across teams as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting data to cross-functional teams and/or management offered :
